The following documents do NOT need to be uploaded, but you will need them to sign an Offer to Purchase (OTP) on your property.

To ensure safety and compliance, you’ll need:

• Copy of your South African Identity Document.
• Proof of ownership (e.g. municipal rates bill, Title Deed).
• Utility bill (proof of physical residence address and erf number).
• Legal Mandate (if listing on behalf of someone else).

Once submitted and payment is received, your listing will go live.

Standard listings remain live for 30 days, at a time. You’ll receive a reminder before expiry for you to extend advertising of your listing for a further 30 days a further payment is required.
