We connect agencies and agents with potential buyers and tenants through a user-friendly digital portal.

PPRA Registered estate agencies and agents are eligible to list on Property Nest.

Yes. Property Nest operates Nationwide, covering all provinces and municipalities.

You'll be prompted to provide:

  • Agency’s Name or Branch Name
  • Address
  • Principal Name, Surname, Cellphone & email address
  • Agencies Telephone number ∓ office email address
  • Agencies Website address
  • Strong password
  • The following may be requested at a later stage:
    • Your agency’s PPRA fidelity fund certificate
    • Your agency’s Business registration details (CIPC number)
    • Your agency’s Proof of address
  • You will be able to load your agents, after registration is complete via the Agency Dashboard.

Registration is immediate, you will receive an email to confirm your email address.

You will have a short window, to view what the Property Nest system has to offer, after which you will be prompted to make payment via the payment gateway.

Yes, they can, provided they pay the fees.
A valid FFC needs to be provided, and the same registration process needs to be followed.

You can list:

  • Residential (homes, apartments, plots, farms)
  • Rental properties (short and long-term)
  • New developments and off-plan sales
  • Commercial and industrial properties will be added later.
  • We have a NO duplication of listings policy on Property Nest!

Log in to your agency dashboard, open the listing manager and click “New Listing”. You’ll be guided step by step to enter:

  • Property type and location (validation of address via Lightstone)
  • Price, size, features and description
  • Agent contact details
  • Photos and or floorplans and video links

No, there is no limit on the number of listings, you may list an unlimited number of properties Nationally

From your dashboard, go to lisiting manager, select the property, click “Edit” to make the necessary changes, or to remove a property click “Stop Advertising” or "Withdraw"

  • Minimum recomended image dimensions: 1024x768 pixels
  • Max file size: 10MB per image
  • No watermarks or branding overlays
  • At least a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 30 clear images per listing are recommended

Note: All listing images uploaded to the portal, become the property of Property Nest.

Yes. You can upload links to videos & virtual walkthroughs.

This is at an extra cost with benefit for your featured property listing.
Featured listing are displayed for a month.

Billing done monthly, in advance via our payment gateway PayFast. Annual payment and discount options will be made available and negotiated on a case-by-case basis with the agency or agent:

  • PayFast payment gateway - various payment options are available
  • Any other extra services options for example, featured listings, Lightstone reports will be placed in your “shopping basket” for final payment, before you can use or access them.
  • Payment by Debit card
  • Payment by Credit card

Invoices are emailed and downloadable from your dashboard.

Yes. You can cancel within 30 days’ written notice via email to finance@propertynest.co.za notifying us of your intention to cancel. Your listings remain active until the end of the billing period paid for.

Yes. Property Nest is fully responsive and optimised for mobile devices and tablets.

Yes. We adhere to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and ensure all user and agency data is securely stored and used responsibly.

Yes. Each agent gets a profile with photo, contact info, biography and personal listings.

Leads are delivered to Lead Manager in your Dashboard, the assigned agent will be notified via WhatsApp on the cell phone number provided.

Tiered Leads:
Yes, a structured tiered lead will be assigned to agents as follows:

  • Gold lead: Is a Lead that has completed the Property Nest registration form and possibly also completed the pre-qualification form.
  • Silver lead: Is a Lead that has completed the contact me registration form on the website and has indicated interest in buying in certain areas.
  • Bronze lead: Browser lead.
