On the 01/08/2007 Heloman Properties cc opened its doors in Elsburg as Homenet.
When Homenet was branded to Harcourts, Harcourts Heloman was born, covering the area of Germiston.
On the 01/11/2017 Heloman Properties started to trade independently servicing all over.
Leonora Swart is a very hands on selling principal and her husband Chris Swart is a very well known in the community.
The question frequently asked of us is… Where does the name Heloman come from?
The answer might surprise you.
The Swarts residence had an African Grey parrot and the first word he said was: HELOMAN.
